香港藝術學院其中一重點活動「賣藝日」將於5月30日（星期六）於香港藝術中心十樓白管子畫廊舉行。

今年賣藝日的口號「把藝術帶回家！」充分反映了這活動的精神 ─ 它不單為各藝術愛好者提供了一個可以讓他們擁有和收藏香港藝術學院師生和校友的藝術作品的機會，亦同時標誌著一群本地藝術工作者將藝術融入生活的熱情和理念。

是次活動將有逾百件藝術作品包括繪畫、陶藝、雕塑和攝影作品等公開發售，出售作品的收益將全部交還學生或作品創作人。學院希望能於未來繼續舉辦更多同類活動，積極為本地藝術家和藝術工作者拓展一個推廣藝術及互動交流的平台。

香港藝術中心將於活動當日舉辦免費導賞團，讓公眾在專業導賞員的帶領下，進一步了解藝術中心作為香港文化藝術集中地，其歷史背景、建築風格以及駐場藝術品的特色。

As one of the signature events of the Hong Kong Art School, the Art Fair will be held on 30 May 2009 (Sat) at the White Tube, 10/F, Hong Kong Arts Centre.

The slogan this year “Bring Art Home” underlines the spirit of the Art Fair that, it not only provides art lovers with an exquisite opportunity to collect the artworks created by students, alumni and lectures of the School, but also signifies the passion of a group of local artists who are dedicated to merge art with daily life.

There will be over 100 artworks available for sale at this event including paintings, ceramics, sculptures, photographic works and more. Income of this event will go 100% to the students and the art practitioners who have created the artworks. It is hoping that through similar activities to be organised in the future, the School could spark off another effective platform to promote the works of local artists and art practitioners, and to enhance exchanges and interactions among them.

In connection with the Art Fair, free guided tours will be provided by the Hong Kong Arts Centre on the same day. Visitors will be accompanied by experienced docents to find out more about the history, architecture and artworks of the Hong Kong Arts Centre - a genuine cultural hub in Hong Kong.
